From managing a farm on a day-to-day basis to getting a buyer and seller together with a 1031 exchange, being close to the farmland is what I enjoy most. When LRM was started in 1986 I had a combined 38 years experience in farming and management services. Since then we have seen many changes and look forward to ever-evolving changes in the future. Serving the client, paying attention to the details, and creating long term relationships are all very important to me.
After growing up in this area, my wife Debra and I married in 1974 and currently live in Grand Meadow. We enjoy our 3 sons, Ryan, Justin and Cole, a wonderful daughter-in-law Susie (married to Ryan), and are blessed with 3 grandchildren, Riley, Kendyl and Lauren.

Real estate is an exciting and rewarding profession for me. I obtained my real estate license in 2001 and then obtained my broker’s license in 2004. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers, specializing in Residential Properties and Country Acreages. I also specialize in New Construction and am involved in many new and developing subdivisions. From the initial brainstorm of blue prints to final completion of the project I have the knowledge to help make the process a success.
Born and raised in Grand Meadow, I married my wife Susan (originally from Stewartville, MN) in 2000. We have three daughters, Riley, Kendyl, and Lauren, and currently reside in Grand Meadow. I grew up on a farm near Grand Meadow and have lived in Grand Meadow most of my adult life. Husband Denny and I have three daughters and four grandchildren, and one very spoiled cat.
Having worked at LRM as office manager for 20 plus years, I have seen many changes in real estate. Though I am not an agent, I provide the office support necessary for Randy and Ryan to be successful in their real estate transactions and the farm and property management services.
